First flight September 14 1990 with Alenia F-WWEW test registration. Delivered JAT – Jugoslovenski Aerotransport October 5 1990 as YU-ALO. In 2003 the company was renamed as JAT Airways. In August 2013 the Government of Serbia and Etihad Airways signed an agreement, which led the birth of Air Serbia October 26 2013, as the successor of JAT Airways. The newly acquired A319s are already arrived to Belgrade with Air Serbia livery and the ATR fleet is being under repaint. The old Boeing 737-300s, reliable workhorses of the company for many years are going to remain in JAT Airways colours until their soon retirement and withdrawal from the fleet. YU-ALO is seen here on landing with her shiny new (and beautiful!) livery.
