Douglas C-47B-45 DK (c/n 17021/34285). Hand USAAF (registration 45-1018). Acquired by VASP in January 1946, received the PP-SPO registration and the name "Caparaó" flying by this company until 1972 and then donated to Project Rondon on 07.02.1974 along with six other DC-3. In 1975 received the PT-KUB registration. In 1980 the aircraft was donated to the Museum of Technology, being reformed by the FAB with spare parts of three other DC-3 that were in the Aeronautical Material Park Field of Afonsos - Rio de Janeiro. From there, he went on his last flight to Mars Field - São Paulo, where it was disassembled and transported in a truck to the museum. Currently exposed in Parque Dom Pedro in the city of São Paulo.
